My OPT-based EAD application has been pending at TSC for nearly 3 months. I will graduate in early next year and definitely need EAD to work.
My NIW 140 was recently approved and I am ready to file 485.
I am thinking about to apply for another EAD based on 485. However there are some concerns:
1. If TSC approves both OPT-based and 485-based EAD, can I choose to use the OPT-based one to stay on F-1 status?
2. Will TSC reject my 485-based EAD because I have another EAD application pending/approved?
3. Will TSA reject my OPT-based EAD because I have filed 485?
