Help Interpret this USCIS message

Folks,

Pls chime in with your interpretation of the below USCIS message on my case:

"You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response "

This message was updated consequent to my response to the medical RFE.

Does this mean they will work on my case even if the PD is retrogressed in Oct? Thanks

anandkan, I had similar message after I responded to RFE in early 06..when my pd wasnt correct but the case wasnt touched until last month..
even now I have the same message..keeping my fingers crossed..good luck!
