Did anyone recvd I-485 approval even if they did not get the TD vaccination?

We did not get it because of NationWide shortage at that time.

If you mean

TITANUS vaccination, there is a shortage and I think it is ok
if you have not taken that vaccination during the medical.

I had my first shot but when i went to take my second shot after 6 weeks, they said there is a nation wide shortage.
Then the doc gave a waiver letter. Last month my case got approved.
