HELP! I-485 is denied - what to do? How much time do I have?

485 denied
unless you have another non-immigrant status unrelated to the I-485 (i.e. H-1), you fall out of status on the day the I-485 is denied. this won't prevent you from filing MTR (motion to reopen), within the 30 days of denial. if, however, you decide to file a new I-485, USCIS may only accept it at their discretion (as you must be in valid status to file).

Stop asking stupid questions. I entered this thread thinking your 485 is already denied. Unless there is a specific issue related to your application that you fear will affect your application, your should stop wasting this forums resources.
The title of this thread is clearly alarmist in nature.
