any Body Have same experince
i went interview the officer ask me for Police Report i give him Dispostion
but he said he need this date police report,,

He Danial My I 485 after all. he said u see this on interview letter what that said "falure to Bring doucnment Danial Application.. Blha Blha Blha...
Q.
1 .Please any one know what should i do now ??
2. Or Reply or file Motion or Appel...
He said i can reaply but guys this gona take again Two year...
What U want Me To DO??
3. How Long Take Motion to Reopen File...??

Motions to Reopen I-485 denials must be filed within 30 days (or 33 days if the notice is mailed) of the date of the denial.Your argument could be very simple by explaining how the police report was not sent (give an excuse or valid reason) and enclose a copy of the police report. In the end, the Motion to Reopen will be granted and the case will be approved. It does not take long, because your case was ready for adjudication.

There shouldn't be a need for a new interview, unless the initial interview was not fully complete, and the submission of the police report was not either the only questionable issues to clarify.
Every case is different, it hard top predict.
But file your motion and enclose the police report and take from there, usually that's following an approval.

Based on what you told us, you had a pretty nasty officer. There was no reason to deny on the spot for this reason. I suggest you get a lawyer.
