Help: How to speak to TSC

For my I-485, I am getting a error message while contacting via NCSC phone number.

I have tried to reach the TSC using old EAD recpt. number, but could not succeded. I have not heard any message for "more option" or multiple application". Can any one please give detail instructions how to reach TSC using NCSC 1-800 numbers?
