HELP: How to obtain RFE details. 2 months no info.

Hi Friends,

I need some help with my EAD application. As per online status, BCIS has issued RFE in last week of June. None of us (my lawyer, company, or myself) have received any RFE. When Paralegal contacted BCIS after 4 weeks of RFE, BCIS mailed a letter to my office stating that under Privacy Act, they will not release / mail any information to my Paralegal.

Then I called BCIS and requested copy of RFE. Its about 4 weeks now and No one (my lawyer, company, or myself) has received any RFE. Every time I call BCIS, they tell me wait for 4 weeks. BCIS won’t give any information over phone to anyone. I am wondering if there is any other means to obtain information.

I will appreciate if you can share your experience and guide me. I also want to know where RFE’s are mailed.

My case details are as follows.

Application: Non concurrent, Citizenship: India, Service Center: Lincoln, NE
I 140 approved, AP approved (no RFE for either of them).
No change of address. Same address since last five years.

EAD I765 details
RD : April 10th, 2003
ND : April 11th, 2003
Case No: LIN 03-154-50***

You or your lawyer should send a letter to service director
You should also contact again NCSC or go to your congressman office they may help you.

Instead of sending a letter or writing to congressman, can I apply for new EAD?
