Tried to do the FP ahead of schedule On spouse FP notice...denied....but asked to come one or two weeks earliar to the schedule date... In addition to that primary applicant didn\'t get the FP notice.
Statistc shows that there is no time reduction in GC approval if one goes to FP ahead of time, then why are we trying to go and put unecessary requests with some funny excuses.
Those who did FP ahead of schedule generally did that only 2-4 weeks in advance. It is hard to tell if 2-4 weeks would really help. But what if someone does FP 4 months ahead of schedule? Will that help? Is there anyone who had this experience?
My FP schedule date is 11/09, but I already finished FP today(7/20). I think my case can be a good test case for whether doing FP early really helps.
I don\'t want to create a traffic jam at ASCs, but I have a
feeling that finishing finger prints ahead of schedule has
a slight advantage in getting cases approved. Those whose
jobs are "stable" and are not afraid of RFE should try to
get the finger prints done as early as possible to get
yourself eligible for adjudication.
This is just my opinion. We will have to wait and see as
more data become available.
