Help --- heard nothing from INS in 2 months

I applied for my parents extension in September and so far heard nothing from INS. My parents have a 10 year multiple entry and have their I-94 valid till Nov-30.
Please advice what am I supposed to do now ?

Dont worry dude,
i think u have u re receipt number right and there are more 3 weeks left, and one more thing is u can stay upto the time of the approval or rejection letter comes from the INS, they are legal upto then. mostly they wont be refused and if they do they can leave immidiately.
I had also stayed when applied for extension, they came little bit late.
so dont worry that much.

thanks for the info friend.
But the issue is that I did a stupid thing of sending the original I-94s of my parents in ordinary mail, and I did not receive any receipts for the same.
So kind of worried that they might not have looked at it or might have got lost.
