Help: H1B stamping in Paris

I need to go to Paris for a business trip. The problem is that my old H1B (as well as the passport stamp corresponding to that H1B) has expired...Since then I have gotten a new H1B approval notice. Now if I leave the US for Paris, I am going to need to get a new Visa stamp for the new H1B in Paris. I am planning on a short trip (2 days) to Paris and was wondering if anybody has experience of getting a new visa stamp for H1B in a a very short time?

Can it be done?

Please respond as I need to book my travel....
