Help.....H1b Revoked.....

Hi

One of my friend was in USA on H1b Visa. He got his H1b visa revoked on clause 8 CFR 214.2(h)(11)(ii) on July 25, 2006. His visa in passport expires on Oct 26, 2006.

Can he transfer the company now while he is in USA? Or he has to go back to India.

Please help.

----------- Visa stamp and status are different. He lost his status on July 25, 2006.
Can he transfer the company now while he is in USA?
---------- his H1 transfer will be rejected as he is not on H1 status to file trasfer one need to be on H1 status.

Or he has to go back to India.
