Help---H1 Visa stamping in Canda

Hello,
I came to US on F1 visa and later got my H1 visa (I 797A) . Now I am planning to go to Canada to have my H1 visa stamping (for multiple entry). Someone put a doubt in my mind that I have to go to India to get my H1 Visa stamping. Please help me out and let me know if I can go to Canada for stamping or should I go to India. (This is the first time I am getting my H1 visa Stamped).

Also any suggestions/tips befor going to Canada???

Not possible here

as you know you must go out of US and have your passport stamped.You can go to any country canada,mexico etc. but because now the revalidation/ stamping process has become very difficult,the best advise given by Homeland security and also people like me is that one should better have it done from india.

Mind you.. this is to the best of my knowledge.. i am an uneducated guy in term of laws and stuff like this.
