Guys......

I need some advice.....

I applied for my F1 visa which were rejected twice in Nov2002.
Now I ahve got a genuine job offer from USA from a not very big Co in USA. They are ready to do my H1....though I will be the 1st person to be on H1 in their Company.

I would like to know whether there will be any issues while H1 stamping at Mumbai Consulate, considering that my F1 visas are rejected twice.

Also please share with me if you guys have any experience with
H1 stamping in Mumbai Consulate in recent past.

Wjhats are the chances of my application getting denied/ rejected.

The problem will be more because of you being their first h1 employee. see ttsvisas.com

From my personal experience, I don't see any problems with being the first H1 employee. I have been a first H1 employee not once but twice. I was also the ONLY employee who had a green card processed, again twice! ( I quit the first company before I-140 was approved)

Actually I was the first H1 employee only in my previous 2 jobs. In my first h1 job (for which I received a visa in chennai) that was not the case. I subsequently applied for visa revalidation in the US.
