I don't have an H1 stamp on my passport (I moved from a student to a H1B), and my employer wants me to travel abroad - 3 countries for a certain project and then back here....
I did research that either I would have to go back home (India) or get the border visa stamping, or get the visa where I travel (99% chance of refusal is what I got back as a response)...but theres not enuf time...is there any other alternative...
Are there any provisions that would let me get some kinda travel permit or get the stamping within the Us in extreme conditions...my company lawyer is researching, and I am out here too..
I would appreciate it if anyone has some info.
