Is there anybody who can help me find the threads about the AC 21 cases?
My husband got RFE after our I-485 case has been pending for more than one and half years. And at the meantime, he and I got the fingerprint redo notice. He had been working for the previouse company for more than two years and got laid off when our I485 had been pending for more than 6 months. He is working for a university now. I don't know whether we have a problem or not. I want to gather some information to analysis our situation.
