Help....GC for my mother

My mother's visitor visa got rejected 4 times....now I am a USC

How should i proceed...

Should I apply GC for her....or try Vistor visa once more.

Do I have to go through a Lawyer for applying GC for her....

Just confused...please guide me.

As she didn't get a B visa so many times I wouldn't take a risk any more. You are a citizen so just apply for GC for her. No need to hire a lawyer. I have just described all steps to get an immigrant visa abroad in the previous thread - just find it and read.

Yes, affidavtis would help.

I just called India...and they said they could get one from the hospital

Does it need to be from a Government institution?

Please shed some ligth.

Where can I get a sample affidavit?
