Help Gc Aproved And Received But Lud Still Changing

Please Help!!

My Family Based Gc Application Was Approved On Feb 22 06 The Card Was Received About 2 Weeks After. I Also Travelled On It B4 Now Today Out Of Curiousity I Went To Uscis And Logged Into My Account And My Lud Was Changed To 06/21/2006 What Could That Possibly Be? Has Anyone Every Experienced Somethig Like That? Please Help!

You don't get a reply because no one knows the right answer. People usually don't like to speculate in this forum. They like to stick to the facts as much as possible.

In my opinion, if you already have your card with you, there should be nothing to worry about, LUD or no LUD. :)
 
They're probably contemplating taking your card away from you, on account of you being too freaking paranoid.

Just imagine that you did not have access to a computer or internet. You will never know this happened.

You got the GC, Go ahead, Enjoy your life and get ready to apply for USC after a few years :)

Guess: They probably marked your records to be archived. Hence the LUD. After a few days, you cannot find your case online.

WHY WOULD THEY BE CONTEMPLATING ON TAKING IT AWAY MY MARRIAGE IS 100% LIGIT AND I STILL LIVE WITH MY HUSBAND AND DON'T PLAN ON LEAVING HIM WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER SINCE 1995 AND GOT MARRIED 2003. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF IT WAS USUAL

Relax, don't worry :cool:
You already have your GC, A lot of the people on here are just beggining the grueling process and have a lot more to worry about than "why your LUD hasn't changed even after you received your GC"

You have your GC so relax and be glad your situation is better than most on this forum.

You won't have to deal with USCIS for awhile.

Now that I think about this, have you sent any emails or posted any messages on forums in the last few weeks. The Department of Homeland Security (to which USCIS belongs to) is monitoring phones calls, emails and messages of both USCs as well as non-USCs. So I think they might have detected something fraudulent or illegal in your marriage through one of your messages and are probably getting ready to revoke your green card. So that's probably why your LUD has changed. Be prepared to see Federal Agents at your doorstep in the next few days who will be there to deport you! :mad:

STOP BEING PARANOID!!!! :D And get away from uscis.gov web-site. You have your card. So relax and enjoy the next 2 years and 9 months before you come back to apply for your USC.
