Hi All,

I am really in very pathetic situation because of my I-140 Application. I submitted my RFE in the month of January, AVM got updated on 2nd February but till now INS has not taken any action. Please let me know what could be the reason.

I am in same boat.

RFE replied on Feb 14th. AVM updated on March 1 (One month after your case). I heard many times it won\'t take more than 2 weeks after AVM updation. Hope you will get approved soon.

I don\'t know how long they are going to take because it is more than 1 months after AVM updation

"Updation" sounds like it should be an english word, but actually it isn\'t. Update can be either a verb - to update something - or a noun - "the AVM update". Best of luck.
