help for n-400 application

I sent my n-400 in March 2005 to VSC, my Local office is in Boston, but I should take fingerpinting in Hartford. I am still waiting my fingerpinting letter from VSC. Is this normal?
I called my congressmen and congress Kennedy's office, no help from there. Could any one tell me what to do next?

Take an InfoPass appointment with your local office and ask about the delay in receiving the FP notice. Call the 1-800 number to see if the FP notice was ever sent to you and may be got lost in the mail.

Thank you for your reply. I called the 1-800 number, but was told Boston is processing case before 1/2005, so they can't take any action about my case. My congressman's office was told my case is still in VSC and waiting for a fingerprinting schedule, but don't know where I am in line and when I can be scheduled.
