HI, I have two questions regarding the medical exam. your advice will be highly apprieciated.

1. we received the medical form May 2003. when is the form expired? or how late could we do the exam?

2. we will have a baby due at May 2004. and we do not plan to bring the baby to Canada with us. what if we do our exam after baby delivered, and do not mention that to Doctor and canada?

thanks and have a nice day

HI, I have two questions regarding the medical exam. your advice will be highly appreciated.

1. We received the medical form May 2003. When is the form expired? or how late could we do the exam?
------ If you received Medical form normally you should do medicals in 90 days if you don’t go for medicals then they will send you a final notice to go for medicals and they will write the date before you should submit Medicals
2. We will have a baby due at May 2004.
----- You can inform the Canada consulate who sent you the medical form and update that your wife is pregnant more than 28 weeks and it is not advisable to go for medicals Or X-ray for her (you can attach doctor letter that she is pregnant) and they will delay for medical as Pregnant women are not supposed to go for x-ray
and we do not plan to bring the baby to Canada with us.
------ If you don’t want bring the Baby to Canada you can later have to file for Baby from Canada for his/her Canada Permanent residence status
What if we do our exam after baby delivered, and do not mention that to Doctor and Canada?
------- Your wife can do medicals after delivery but you HAVE to inform Canada immigration and Doctor about the Baby, if you don’t inform then it will be Fraud on your part. Why do you want to hide? I don’t see any valid reason why you should hide it. what kind of father you are who is hiding the info about his baby?

Hi Jinnu,
Is it possible to request the Canadian Consulate for the postponement of the medicals by few more months.
Thanks in advance.
