Help for LC and 140 - cane be transfered?

I have approved LC and I-140 for Company A. Now the division I worked for in company A was sold to company B, and I become the employee of company B. Do I need to re-apply LC and 140 in company B or my LC and I-140 can be transftered from company A to company B?

In your situation LC and I-140 can be transftered from company A to company B. new company attorney needs to send Successor-in-interest documents to USCIS along with merger/deal agreement details etc. Your attorney will know it very well. That is all. You don't have to worry about it.
