Hi GURUS!!!!!

I m working for a pharmacuetical company as a Method developer

My company wd like to start my LC process and AS PER COMPANY'S JOB DESCRIPTION, IT REQUIRES A MASTERS IN CHEMISTRY ANS 4 YRS EXPERIENCE.

I HAVE A MASTERS IN CHEMISTRY AS WELL AS A Ph.D. IN CHEMISTRY TOO, FROM INDIA.

1) Shall I persuade our company to change the required Qualification in the Advertisements as a Ph.D. ?

2) Will it cause any disadvantage to me if the advertisement runs with MS, with 4+ yrs experience?

I AM GOING TO GO FOR EB2 PERM.


ANY INPUT from relevent experiences is highly appreciated.

MS+4 qualifies for EB2. There is no real need to make it PhD+0 to go through EB2 channel.

Make sure, your LC (ETA 9089) states that foreign equivalent degree is acceptable (check box "Yes").
