help for EAD renewal and AP applying

Hi All

I'd like to renew the EAD and apply the AP(1st time) by myself. Anybody has the experience for filing by yourself? Could you please help me kindly for the following questions because my EAD will be expired soon? Thanks a lot in advance.

1. Does the VSC accept personal cheque?
2. There are two mail addresses of VSC. Which one is correct? (1) or (2)?

(1) INS Service Center
P.O.Box 9765
St.Albans, VT 05479-9765 (on the instruction)
(2) Vermont Service Center
75 Lower Welden St.
St.Albans, VT 05479 (on the envelope of EAD)
Can I send the applications for EAD and AP to the same address?
3. Shall I need to attach the form G-325A(biographic information)?

EAD:
3. Form I-765, #15:
I was H4, now I have a part-time job with EAD. What is my current immigration status? H4 or EAD or I485 pending?

4. What is the I-765 signature card? I don't have it. Shall I need to attach it with my EAD renewal together?

AP:
5. When I fill Part 3 of the form I-131, there is an instruction on the 1st page: "if applying for an AP document, skip to Part 7.", but on the 2nd page, Part 3(continued), there is a question: where do you want this travel document sent? I should still check it, right? Shall I need to fill the part 4: information about the proposed travel?

6. Does anybody have a sample of Part 7: explain how you qualify for an AP and what circumstances warrant issuance of AP. Which documents should I attach?

7. Where can I find the fillable form I-131?

Any suggestion will be appreciative. Thanks again!

1. All service centers accept personal checks
2. Send AP and EAD to the respective PO boxes for faster processing. See INS service center web site and obey the directions. Dont expect people to remember PO box names...
3a. No need to attach G35, Need 2 photos, I485 receipt
old EAD, cover letter and check
3. b status is I485 pending (all people on EAD are...)
4. Not required anymore. See INS web site
5. NO skip to part 7. I hope you understand english
6. write a letter, why you need to go out of US (visit elederly parents,attend significant changes in lives of siblings, other close relatives, take care of business, take care of ancesterial property etc... See also immihelp.com)
7. Search using google, or archives in this forum, There was one user who gave the link.
