Help for EAD/AP: Missing few documents

I am new to this Portal but people here seems to be really helpful.

Here's my situation.

We got married when my Husband's I485 was applied.
Mine was applied right away after marriage and I had got my
EAD and AP in time. His 485 got approved last September.
Initially lawyers said mine will get approved within weeks too
but it didn't happen so.

Its time for my AP/EAD renenwal. I am just attaching following documents. Is that alright ?

AP:
Check of 110,2 photos
Form 131, Copy of I94,Copy of current AP,
Copy of my I-485, Copy of Marriage Certificate
Copy of my Husband's GC

EAD:
Check of 120, 2 photos
Form I765, Copy of I-94,
Copy of current EAD, Copy of I-485,
Copy of Marriage Certificate, Copy of Husband's GC.

Ok so the Question IS:

I don't have Copy of last approval of EAD or AP.
Nor do I have I-767D.
Is that OK ?
People have been mentioning on various threads that those are required but its no where mentioned in AP/EAD instructions.
Has anybody got RFE to submit them if not included ?
Shouldn't the copy of EAD and AP itself good enough for BCIS?
Help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

For AP: You dont need copy of old AP. You need to attach a letter saying why you need AP (parents at home country , need to attend a ceremony/function- anything). Your spouse's GC approval is also irrelevant. AP is issued based on the 485 receipt notice. The GC approval might confuse the processor.

For EAD: Same (GC approval) hold for EAD. Everything else is required. No special letter. Copy of EAD is fine.

Make sure that you write the I485 receipt number and A# in all pages (except the actual forms) in bold. Place each application in separate envelopes and write in bold what kind of application you are sending in that envelope...
