Help for application form dv-2008, an important question

I have not completed the application forms yet. I think it becomes late! because i dont know the answer of questions 10 and 11 in form DS-230 PartI.
Actually i have no any friends and relatives in US. Can i write N/A in Q10? how about Q11? i have no idea about the place in US to issue my card (Q11). Can i write N/A in the Q11 as well?

In my case, I wrote N/A for 10 and 11 since it says 'if known', which in may case 'not known'. Logically KCC will send the second docs to my present home.
 
Second docs will always send to the present home address. Only the final greencard will not shipped outside the US

You can answer N/A now, but you should be able to provide a US address at the interview, so they know where to send your green card, as well as your social security card.
