Hello Everyone:
I have booked a interview date on 26th September in Montreal for stamping my H1B visa. Since I had a gap between my OPT (July) and probable H1B start date(Oct 1), I quit my old job and joined a master's program. I was issued a new I20 and told that I was in legal status. My old employer(for whom i worked while on OPT) then contacted me and offered me a job with higher pay and he said he would apply for H1B on my behalf. The application was sent in late July and approved in august (premium).
In form DS-156, for present employer or school, should i enter my employer address (i will start work only from oct 1) or present school address (currently attending classes but will withdraw after oct 1)?
will there be any problem while stamping interview in montreal? do i need to show my OPT pay-stubs? i have a master's degree from US. all my other documents are in order (F1 - OPT - F1 - H1B)
