Help!! Finger printing done, laid off

Hi All,

My friend applied 485 from CSC, and his finger printing was done 2 months
before. He got laid off 10 days before. And there is still 90 days till his
180 day mark.

What option does he has ?

Use EAD to get another job

and keep fingers crossed. Nothing can be done but to wait for INS to come back to the applicant with a RFE or approval.
 
jarson, can u give us more details on your case?

Desi, tell your friend I\'m in the exact same boat as him. I\'m waiting for my EAD card so that I could start looking for a job.
By the way, what\'s the difference between iEAD and EAD? Been hearing about getting iEAD from local office. CAn i get it too?
My info is in PCEE list under Feb2002.
