Help Filling out G-325A: Submitting in connection with...

Hi everyone, I have searched some of the forum threads on the subject but I have gotten mixed messages. I am hoping to get a more definitive answer.

G-325A, Biographic Information

This form is submitted in connection with an application for:

[]Naturalization
[]Status as Permanent Resident
[]Other (Specify) ________

I am filing I-130 and I-485, AOS through marriage to a US Citizen.

1) When filing G-325A with I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), which box(es) do we check for US Citizen spouse and intending immigrant spouse?

2) When filing G-325A with I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status), which box does intending immigrant spouse check off?

"status as perm resident" for both.
