Mine is a sad story.I came to US on a F1 visa and was married and my spouse(my high school frnd) came on an F2 visa. But, later I came to know that the only reason he married me was to come to US. We got divorced after 1 yr. While this happened he was still on F2.
I moved on and got my H1B and now I want to go for visa stamping. I am not sure what status I should be giving on the DS-156 form as I do not have any proof of our seperation. And I do not know if he is still in the country or not.
Will my F1 visa be scanned while the approval? Please help!!!
