Can you please tell me what should I fill in

what does reentry permit? does it mean previous AP?

what does reentry permit? does it mean previous AP?

--------------- reentry permit is applied by Green Card holders before departing US if they want to stay out of US more than 1 year.reentry permit is valid for 2 years from approval date and can be picked up from US consulate out of US after approvel USCIS sends to consulate if one wish to pick up from US consulate. your anser will be NO as you are applying for AP
