[Help!!!] EB2 approval after the 485 filing in EB3

My I485 has been filed with CSC with RD Jan 15 2000 under EB3 catagory ( PD Dec 97) and later this week my EB2 got approved ( my EB2 was rejected initially in CSC when eveyone was rejected). My attorney told me that they will be filing an adjudication to reflect my Eb2 approval for the pending I-485 application.
 
Any idea whether I\'m going to get the approval soon since the FP is done and the PD is current ?

It is difficult to say when your case will be approved, but your
lawyer did the right thing by upgrading your case from EB3 to EB2,
because if not, your case with EB3 would not be adjudicated until
your PD becomes current. You should wait one or two months (I
know it\'s tought!), and call or fax CSC to remind them that your
PD with EB2 is eligible for adjudication.

Hi ,

Why was your I140 application rejected intially under EB2 category?Under what category is your LC approved?

When your I140 under EB2 was rejected intially ,Did you have to go through the whole process of LC again or did you use the same LC and applied for a new I140 under EB3 category .

This information will be helpful to a number of people on this board .

My EB2 was rejected when CSC used to reject all the applicants with BS+5 years in late 99. I went through the all process again starting from the LC, belive me the whole LC+140 took only 3 months
