Help! EAD Renewal/Address Change

Hi Everyone,

Please respond.

I am planning to apply for 3rd EAD, I am also in the process of moving in a month or so, my current EAD expires in Feb '05, can I apply from current location & change my address later when I move? will USCIS mails EAD cards to my new address? Do I have to wait at current residence to get my EAD receipt notice? or will it be forwarded by mail?

Please advise.

------- If you are moving in a month better apply EAD after 1 month becase it will come to your new address, becase if you file now then move USCIS many time dont update the address even if you talk to NCSC or send letter to them. I dont know your service center where you are going to file for EAD renewal. VSC is fast at this time and NSC is taking 65-85 days at this time. you need to plan accordinglyand dont forget to attach new passport style photographs and Color copy of your first Page and Color copy of your driving licence and send it to correct address. out side the envelope write in big bold letter: Form I-765 for EAD renewal

------ Stick to present address or move to new address. EAD or EAD filing reciept will come to the address what you write on form I-765
