Help: EAD got REF

My EAD (485-based) was filed in Feb, 03 and got REF recently. It asks for our new address even though we filed Change of Address. We used our lawyer's address in the original application.

Any one had the similar experience? How long do I have to wait to hear from them again after replying the REF? Do I wait in the queue for EAD all over again?

Send them your new address (your home address). If you have applied yourself, you should have given your address (not attorney's). How did you "file" your change of address?
 
Technically, it is approved as soon as they receieve your RFE response and pick up your application again. Nope you keep your actual RD as priority date.
 
Thanks for the replies. It is good to know that I keep the priority date.

I applied through my attorney. Since I knew I was gonna move before the EAD got approved, I asked him to use his address instead of mine.

However, my husband's EAD was approved without RFE even though his also uses attorney's address and was filed two weeks later than me.

I filed Change of Address by mailing the form (forgot the form number). I guess they won't update the mailing address for my EAD case automatically.
