Pls Help; Duplicate A-files suspected?
During my GC process, I changed from AOS-CP (using I-824) but never filed for AOS since my PD was NOT current. Later, my PD was current and I-824 amendment got approved, and did straight CP.
Will I still have 2 A# files? if so, How can I get the CSC/SFO office to consolidate these 2?
N-400 received : 15 June 2006 (Priority Date)
FP letter recd: 30 June 2006
FP date: 7 July 2006
FP done: 5 July 2006 (Walk in) (FBI responded in 3 mins)
IV letter recd: 21 July 2006
IV date: 19 Sept 2006
