help! don't have medical results required for interview

Hi,

I just got the interview letter today, July 24, scheduling the interview to august 28.
It is mentioned there that I have to bring results of medical exam with me. I don't have the results, since the doctor gave them to me in a sealed envelope, to enclose them to the case.

Looks like I have only one choice:
* contact the doctor for a duplicate

Anybody same boat?

Where do you live?Is your interview in San jose or San Francisco??Please give details. I think you goto any doctor authorized by INS and get another medical done.
 
Some doctors usually give a carbon copy of report to the application. Anyway, this is not a big problem, you can get your medical done again and take the report with you to the interview.

My appointment is in SJ. i'm in September mailing list my username is alexkoval. I plan to contact the same doctor and ask if they can give me a copy of my old medical. should they not give it to me I'll redo the medical.

My suggestion would be to obtain a new medical report if the earlier one submitted was more than a year old.

Pls let me know if this interview notice was in response to an RFE submitted. (If yes, when). If not, when did u put in your 485 application.

I am awaiting similiar notice for interview as AVM says that my case has been transferred to LA for interview.
 
Don't worry about it.

Same thing for me.
Interview:06/06/2002, San Jose
They request all documents in the notice letter with I485 .
Medical result,.....
They just check:
Employer letter, BC, MC(if you married), Drive licence, Tax file(2001)
 
Did you get to know the reason for the interview? I also got the interview ( dont know when) .

Please let me know.

My wife also did not do medical test as she was pregnent that time . But she did it afterwards . We are hoping thts the reason for the interview.

Any suggestions whether one should take his attorney along for the interview. Does anyone know how long it is taking for the INS to schedule 485 interviews in LA
