Any advice and / or clarification would be appreciated upon my situation.
I entered in US on F-1/ student visa in early 2001, became out of status and afterwards married a US citizen on Sep, 2002. My interview was a couple of months ago and the interviewing officer was not satisfied and she opted for a reinterview. Meanwhile my wife (a USC) and I had some arguments and now we are not living togather for the last several months. There is absolutely no possibility for a resolution among us and I have tried all means for that.
I am in need to know the exact process of getting a divorce and what to do or what might happen afterwards.
