I'M DEPRESSED, PLEASE HELP
In 08/2007, I applied for an I730 (derivative asylum) trough wife with whom I have a baby son. Had FP (10 fgrs only) on 09/2008 and a 2nd FP (index + picture+signature) on 10/2009. On the uscis website and phone, my case status was moved from “initial review” to “document production” with a message like this: we have sent a document to the address we have on file and you should receive the document within 30 days. After 30 days, I did not receive any document and called uscis/ncsc to ask about it.
1st I was told I should have received it by then and the guy did anyway send an inquiry ticket to uscis/ncsc/tsc. The letter I received from them said that it was a computer glitch (error) and they did not send any document.
Called them again with another ticket in 12/2009 and received an e-mail with uscis/ncsc in cc, saying that my file has been giving to supervisor for review.
Since then, nothing.
Please any advice or case history like this.
