I got my I-140 approved last year, and I am still waiting for my priority day to file my I-485.
But I just got layoff yesterday. This process will be terminated immediatetly. I am thinking to go back to school and get another degree, so I want to transfer my H1b to F1, ( I was in F1 before I got the H1b 5ys ago).
my question are:
is it possible to do transfer from H1b to F1 after I got I-140 approve? will it possible my F1 be denied?
any body has this experience?
