Help!! Can I leave the country on current AP and pending renewal of AP?

Hi,

my AP expires in end of March and so I was thinking of applying for a a new AP by beginning of december this year. But, I am going out of the country in end of december.

Will my new AP application be cancelled due to that? Also, will my current AP be cancelled due to this situation?

Niti,

If your first (existing) AP is valid until March and if you will be back in the country before the last date valid in the AP, there should be no problem.
