Help!!!!Approval notice not yet recvd in mail (Over one week now)!!!

Hi All,

One of my colleague got his I-485 approved on March 27th 2003 and the avm says a notice has been mailed from VSC. He has not recived the notice yet and neither his attorney.

He called up VSC verified address(correct) and the lady told him to wait for 14 days and you will get it.

What will happen if he or his attorney does not get it?

Any help suggestions appreciated.........

Your friend need to be a bit patient. He will eventually get it.
 
I hope it is not a denial case

my friend too didn't recieve any mail ,when contacted he was told that his case was denied and that is why he hasnot recieved anything by mail yet.he was also told that avm was not updated correctly.

he is now trying to contact his lawyers.

MY FREIND TALKED TO IIO ASN SHE SAID THEY HAVE MAILED IT ON 03/27/03 AND IF YOU DONT GET IT THEN CALL US. ALSO IF IT IS A DENIAL CASE THEN ALSO INS SEND A LETTER STATING THE REASON.

I am not sure how the mailing process works as I was approved on 03/31/02. I recvd my approval notice in mail today 04/04/03.

That is incredible speed of delivery.

Hope you guys too get it soon.
