I'm Colombian, I had an asylee status in USA since November 2004 until march 2006 I did a withdrawal of asylum.
I came back to my country; mi life was in danger no more.
Now I'm working in a company where is very important to have B1 visa.
Do you think that is possible for me to get the B1 or B2 visa?

Yes. It is possible. I know people who have done it. One of them didn't even withdraw the asylum, just went back to colombia, and never returned to USA. When you have your interview, just tell the truth.

Good luck.

Erikita:

Suerte.
