Hi, My 485 and my wifes 495 was cleared on Dec 30th 2004 , but we have not heard anything about my daughters 485. ( we applied for 485 in Jan/2004 for all)

With all this retrogression talk going on , what would be the case of my kids 485 , she is 6 years old.

Is this something normal , kinda weird that my kids 485 is still pending. Kinda gets me worried.

Any thaughts please !!!

There have been cases where the dependents are approved after a few days of the primary applcants. There have also been cases where dependents,particulary kids, cases have not been updated on the website, and they directly get the G cards in mail ! Both of them are commen.

So keep your fingers crossed and hope she gets her card in mail soon.

I hope it is that way , cause with this Jan 1st 2005 thing , it will be kinda odd that me and my spouse have GC , and not the kid.

We have to keep on applying for her AP document until she gets the approval :p :rolleyes:
