I would greatly appreciate it if any of you kindly answer this PART B, Q 16:
" Does the country of applicant(s) permit dual citizenship in some form or the other" -- Y or N

-- I am currently a US Citizen with previous nationality of India.

Please advise.

My feeling is Yes to this question, though I am also just preparing like you to file in a month or two. USA allows dual citizenships, right? I know people who have british and american passports.

The answer to that question is "Y" because USA does allow dual citizenship with several countries. I answered "Y" on that question and did not have any issues in getting OCI approved.
