HI EVERYONE

afreind of mine married a us citizen for about two years now . they lived together for about 3 years before they got married , he got his green card about 6 months ago , now things are not working out with his wife . and he is planing to leave her ,and file for divorce , and live with his girl friend .

NOW WHAT do u think gonna happen with the immigration is his green card will be canceled . what about if his wife call the immgration and inform them ,,, they can do anything ???

please help and advice will be appreciated

There has been several posts with questions on this topic, just use the search feature of the forum.

But in short, there will be no problem if the marriage was entered in good faith. He will still be able to remove the conditions of his CPR. And receive a 10 years LPR card.

Are asking for your "friend" or yourself? :rolleyes:
