I am a physician with a pending labor in back log centre for more than a year. I was wondering if any of you guys out there would advise me if I am eligible for EB-1 or NIw.
I have an md degree and a post doc fellowship from an ivy league university.
6 papers of which 3 have more than 50 citations in total including other languages.
Also boarded in the same field (MD) from another country with thesis
will have around 6 letters ( have not asked yet)
Board certified
4 presentations and posters at the conferences.
Member of academic affiliations
Licensed in two states
teaching and supervising experience for more than 4 years (teaching medical students and residents)
Have taken part in inspections of hospitals.
Presently in a job that is permanent and lastly
And if anyone can recommend me a good lawyer the help will be apprecited.
