Help/Advice Needed.

Hi everyone I'm new here and This is my problem as follows. My mother ( a GC holder/resident) filed for me in November of 2006 the petition was the I-130, but nothing else, this application is currently pending. The DHS/USCIS informed me that it would be 634 days before my priority date becomes available and only then I can file for adjustment of status which is form I-485. While I do understand that, ( I am currently out of status and in limbo) Is there any other way to adjust status in country in the mean time? I am really in need of some guidance on what is the best way to proceed. Thanks in Advance.

You need to see an attorney. If you are out of status, you cannot file an I-485 even when your priority date becomes current based on your mother's petition. If you overstay an I-94 by over 180 days, you become subject to the 3-year re-entry bar.

You have serious problems.
