Help: Advance Parole documents

Our Previous APs were done through my attorney. I want to do it myself this time for my spouse/dependants. I searched this forum and have a list of documents specified in various thread. I would appreciate if the guys did AP themselves in CSC could verify and let me know which are optional and which are must.

  1. Filled I-131 application
  2. 2 pictures that meet USCIS requirements in attached envelope
  3. A letter stating the reason why you need AP - For Part 7
  4. A copy of primary I-485 receipt
  5. A copy of dependant I-485 receipt
  6. I-140 Approval notice copy of primary applicant
  7. Copy of Marriage Certificate
  8. Copy of Birth Certificate
  9. Color Copy of previous Advance Parole
  10. A check in the amount of $110 made payable to USCIS
  11. A copy of dependant driver's license or state ID (some mentioned in this forum that they've been RFE'ed for a color copy)
  12. A copy of dependant passport that bears your picture and other information
  13. Copy of I-94
  14. Covering Letter

i don't know why they are asking these much stuff. all the info is available thru I-485 file and visa info can be seen by just typing one's alien number.

- I have not done, we got our ap's approved witout any problem.

$150 is still cheap. My lawyer demanded $500.

Its just an hour job filling up form and preparing all other docs and sorting it.
I did it myself.
