Hey u guys,thanks for being here,I got one question,I had my finger printed 2months ago and been interviewed,got my recommended approval 20 days later,now I'm still waiting for the final approval,so do u think should I ask my attoney make a inquiry to the asylum office about my case status?Or there's sth I can do,your help is highly appreciated,thanks.

Send an inquiry letter to the asylum office after every 30 days. Unfortunately there is no definate period how long name check can take.

Nowadays the security check can really take a long time. The trade-off is that there is no more cap for AOS, therefore you will get green card very quickly after final approval. I guess you can keep contacting Asylum Office or your Congressman...
