HELP about I140

Hi Guys,

MY I140 is approved, this I can say by checking my status online using an EAC number, this number is provided by my lawyer.
Now my question to you guys , can I verify in some way that this is my case only and my lawyer has given me my case number only.

I am sure this might have crossed your minds too sometime or the other.

Hi Mathur Thanks,

But my attorney ... she is in house attorney for the company and she does not want to give this information.
Is there a way to find out that its in my name only, not from lawyer .

You could call the USCIS customer service number and verify the information and ask them if they can send a copy to you by mail. I doubt they would send since it belongs to employer, but no harm in trying. Also you can verify the information!
