My I-140 was just approved. My I485 based on my husband's employment has been pending for a year. Can I go ahead file another I485 based on my I-140? Thanks.
If you applied I-485 with your husband, then you have to wait for it. If he applied I-485 alone, then you can apply your I-485 also.
